    what should i do about this?
    i have a something called raynaud’s disease. its not a very serious disease but it is common in women and theres no cure for it. its when certain body parts like fingers and toes get really numb and change color (white or blue then bright red) when exposed to extreme coldness. at first i paid it no mind until the doctor said that it can lead to arthiritis, gangrene or lupus. She said to prevent this i need to double my gloves and socks in cold temps. but heres the problem; even in 60 degree weather my hands and feet still change but its not exactly cold enough to wear gloves and boots.

      Hi, everything you said is fine but I would try taking those computer games to one of those places you can trade them in on different games 1st. Every thing and anything can be sold at a yard/garage sale. House hold (silverware, plates, glasses, pictures, nicknack’s), clothes (kids clothes are a huge seller), shoe’s, toys, bike’s, bedding, crafts, collectibles, house paint, tires, tools, yard garb, appliances, book-magazines, cars, ATV’s anything you want to get grid of. I’ve also sold hot dogs 2 for $1, just the cheapies and cold pop a $1 a can and made a hall and just that. Drop numerous packages of the cheap hot dogs in your crock pot with water, turn it on high and it’s all good. If you want to get rid of the left over sale items when it’s all said and done, call like the Good Will, Disabled Vet’s, Lupus foundation, Salvation Army at least 1 week in advance to line them up and they will come take your donations and give you a receipt for your donation for filing as a tax write off. Make sure you have Big Bright signs all around your neighborhood to bring in the buyers. Good luck.

    When is liquid for a 4yo too much?
    My son LOVES to drink juice, milk, water. Everytime I turn around he asks me for something else to drink. Even if the last thing he drank was no more than half hour ago. I googled this question and I read that he might have diabetes or lupus. I have no idea if this is or isn’t true. I’m going to call his ped today to schedule an appointment. My thing is that whenever he drinks too much, of course he ends up running to the bathroom or has an accident. Is he just being a kid or is it more than that?

      I have heard that excessive drinking could be a sign on diabetes. My two year old is the same way, always seems thirsty. He doesn’t show any other signs of diabetes and my doctor told me not to worry about it. Good luck

    a few days ago i noticed the palms of my hands were splotchy and very red and very tender.?
    Also the skin feels tight if i close my fist and the creases by the joints of my fingers hurt and a few have these thick hard bumps. also my joints themselves ache when i move them. I had very mild allergies as a kid but grew out of most of them and I have never had an allergic reaction such as this before to anything. Someone said it could be a sign of dehydration but im not sure.Can anyone shed some light on this for me. would really appreciate it.

      This sounds strikingly like a symptom of Dermatomyositis. Possibly Scleroderma. If its either of those those bumps might be calcium deposits or the thickening of the skin. Please check out both conditions. God forbid its lupus or something.

    i have a group (family) trying to put spells on my family thru mexican black magic. they are jealous and seek revenge for the person i’m married. they are targeting my family because they want me to feel the pain they experienced with my husband. they think he is the reason for deaths and misfortunes in their lives. he is’nt however. i think me and my children should be left out of the equation because we are innocent. we did not have anything to do with these misfortunes. they have wished death and terminal illness on my family. why? because one daughter was killed (gang related) and another has lupus, the same daughter has 4 kids by different men who have all left her because she is ill. she and her family think that my husband caused theses things to happen and they want me to experience the same pain as they did so i will leave him and blame him as they have done they have grave dirt and pictures of my children for one of the spells ive been told and personal articles of mine .

    Feeling weak, shaky and un-smooth joint movement?
    Lately I’ve noticed, I’ve been feeling weak, and shaky, especially when I exercise. I eat 3 meals a day and get proper nutrition. For awhile I’ve had un-smooth, cogwheel, ratchet like movements in my wrists and when I roll my toes up and down. From what I read these are signs of Parkinson disease, I’m only 21, what could this mean? Should I go to the doctors?

    i have had these horrific migraines for weeks, everyday.

      We are now seeing more and more children and adults with skin disorders, puffy swollen eyes, itching, Chronic Rhinitis, Chronic Headaches, Sinusitis, Migraines, Sinus Infections, Asthma, Allergies, Hives, Chronic Hives, Eczema, sinus / respiratory illnesses and Hormone related disorders.

      I can not emphasize how important it is to educate yourself about MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY (MCS) and the harm you may be doing to your health by using chemicals and fragranced products.

      If you or a loved one has symptoms of or suffers from Asthma, Allergies, Autism, chronic headaches, reproductive problems, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lupus or Fibromyalgia, you need to read further and learn about the signs and symptoms of MCS – Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

      Most doctors will not inform you about this because patients as a whole like to walk out of a doctors office with a prescription for some magical medicine and they do not want to be told that their expensive new perfume or newly installed carpet may be the culprit. So, the doctor will give you medications and many of these meds either do not work or cause other health problems.

      Chemicals and fragranced products are often the root of many disorders and illnesses when it comes to your health. Many of the below mentioned items are common triggers to sinus, asthma, itching, headaches, Migraines and allergy problems amongst other health issues. Get rid of them and your immune and respiratory system will thank you and you will breathe easier.

      And, it is not only personal body or cleaning products causing havoc on your health….many people become ill after wearing brand new clothing, dry-cleaned clothes, installing new carpet, painting, buying a new mattress or after home renovations because of the Flame Retardants, Antimony, Benzenes, Formaldehydes, etc. used in these products. So the answer is NO, you are not imagining that 2 weeks after your home, office or classroom got renovated you started to become ill, get dizzy or have headaches. This is happening more and more these days and adults as well as children are becoming sicker and sicker.

      Unfortunately, too many doctors compound the problem by prescribing chemical medications to try to alleviate the symptoms of an already chemical overloaded body and they rarely tell the patient to eliminate the chemical offenders. How many times have I seen people in the grocery store with Bounce, Glade Plug-Ins and Febreeze in their shopping cart along with a bottle of Benadryl , Migraine Excedrin and a box of Allergy Tablets ? Why don’t they make the connection?

      Keep in mind that your skin is the largest organ of your body and what you put on your skin gets absorbed into your body. Then … well… then it has to be filtered by your organs which are already working real hard.

      BIG NO-NO’s —- I would SERIOUSLY recommend removing all of the below from your living / working area.

      No Bounce or dryer sheets – these are VERY toxic
      No Febreeze – your pets will even thank you for this
      No Glade Plug-ins – VERY toxic
      No Scented candles
      No Scented Dish Detergents
      No Fragranced Products on Body, Hair or Clothing
      No Smoke
      No Newspapers and Magazines – The ink is a huge irritant.
      No Dander
      No Sprays
      No Sharpies (marker pens)
      New Cartpeting, mattresses, paint, contain toxins that can trigger severe respiratory disorders as well as headaches and Asthma flare-ups.
      And remember, it is NOT the smell it is the Chemicals that make up the smell. So, even if something is “Fragrance Free” these products often mask the smell with another chemical ! There are plenty of safe healthy products out there that work well and do not have added chemical fragrances.

      More and more workplaces & schools are implementing Fragrance Free policies and creating “Fragrance Free Zones”… why do you think this is? Make the connection, your lungs , immune system and your general health will thank you.
