Every man fears the very notion of ejaculation before even making out. Often men face premature ejaculation (PE) not very long after the intercourse starts. This is a point of concern for many, the reason being it is articulated directly with the term “impotency”. Going by what experts have to say about this, the anvil of the problem lies more over the psychology rather than the hormonal effect.

There is only a handful of problem that nature cannot redeem. Fortunately, PE is not one of them. In Ayurveda, vata is a term that implies the energy content and exuberance within a human. In fact, vata is said to puppet even the subtle feelings and emotions of Homo sapiens. A man with more vata will reach the climax way too much earlier and in many cases, just a sense of touch can make then reach that point.

Vata gets perturbed if there is a high amount of cholesterol deposited within the inner blood vessels of the male organ. Due to this, the flow of blood varies a big deal. The more the crests and troughs it reaches, the more sensitive the man is towards touch. Thus in order to placate vata, it is important to follow a diet that serves low cholesterol and this includes reduction in the intake of sugar in any form.

Almond is one of the best natural aphrodisiacs. In fact, almond milk is recommended by doctors for the patients who lack the libido. Also, some exercises help in augmenting the flow of blood in the male reproductive region. Make sure you use a heating agent, like mustard oil, while doing these exercises. Hold it by the axis in the semi erect position and give it some strokes. Make sure that the strokes are not hard else it might cause a sprain. Gentle massage about an hour before the intercourse is also advised.

Can Rheumatoid Arthritis in the hands cause pain in other joints, too?
When a person has Rheumatoid Arthritis in their hands, and is experiencing a flare-up(or time of disease activity), is it normal for joints that do not have RA to be painful, stiff and to make cracking noises? I am mainly talking about the hips, ankles and shoulders.

What would cause these other joints to become stiff, painful and to crack?

How do I raise Red blood platelets and white count?
I receive arisept iron shots every 4 weeks; I also receive B12 shots every 4 weeks. I have Sjogren’s Syndrome which is a very rare Rheumatoid Arthritis and causes blood problems. At this point in my life, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! Any suggestions?

FYI, a grandmother cautioned all the girls in the family to say we have poor spleens. My mother and her elder sister had cancer of the spleen. Would that have anything to do with this?

Yes it can. I’ve had pain so bad from my arthritis that I’ve thrown up. I have rashes and fevers too, these are very common in autoimmune arthritis.

What causes the enlargement of the shoulder ball joint?
I just had surgery on my right shoulder and was told that the ball joint was about twice the size as the other side. What could cause this? I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have several malformed joints already. I was just wondering if overuse and doing things that I should not have done alone could have contributed to this. Please help me find the answer. I am very concerned about this because of passing something down to my children.

R Arthritis is a disease. Nothing you did caused it to worsen, though keeping weight off helps. Sports, an active lifestyle, didn’t cause your RA to get worse. For other readers, there are different types of arthritis and different treatments. Your children may have a tendency toward RA, but medical help is improving all the time.

rheumatoid arthritis is a disease caused in part by this organelle?
rheumatoid arthritis is a disease caused in part by this organelle. when it becomes leaky, it releases digestive enzymes that normally digest waste products and other materials. if released into the cell, these enzymes degrade cartlidge in joints.

I was diagnosed at 26 years old. It can effect people of ANY age it’s just most common over 40….

If you can still do your work without being in tons of pain, keep your job for now. I have days I can’t even open a bottle of water or tie my shoes so working for me isn’t even an option and I got denied disability 4 times…. :/ Mind blowing cause I’ve known people who got disability for being an alcoholic and I can’t get it for an actual disease….

Please consult your Rheumatologist! As you mentioned earlier this could well be a manifestation of your RA (Rheumatoid Vasculitis?). How long do you suffer from RA? What is your current medication? Is your arthritis exacerbating as well?

What causes fingers and toes to swell?
I’ve had carpi tunnel symptoms for years now. My wrists used to hurt, but now my fingers have been swelling instead everytime I’m on the computer or working on stuff for my art classes. Some people have said rheumatoid arthritis causes fingers to swell, but that’s the only symptom I have. I think my toes are swelling just because they are cold right now. But what causes fingers to randomly swell.

What can help my mom’s rheumatoid arthritis pain?
my mom has had rheumatoid arthritis for about 9 years now, and she had a knee replacement about 6 years ago… lately her arthritis has been causing her a lot of pain that she loses sleep over… medications that her doc gives her do not help. Are there any natural remedies or vitamins she can take to help ease the pain?

    1. iamnoone

My sympathies to your mother (and you). I know all too well the pain of RA…

At the moment, I am in the same predicament. Lots of pain, loss of sleep. The pain makes sleeping impossible, and the loss of sleep makes the pain greater. It’s a vicious cycle.

All I can suggest is that your mother speak with her rheumatologist and/or family practitioner and tell them everything that is going on. They may be able to prescribe a sleep aid along with the pain meds.

Vitamins and supplements? I don’t know of anything that eliminates pain, although I *do* notice some lessening of pain when I eat fresh or frozen pineapple, or tart cherries. The bromelian in pineapple is an anti-inflammatory, and can be obtained as an OTC supplement. Ditto the cherry supplements. Both of these seem to be perfectly safe.

Some people swear by melatonin as a sleep aid, but I’ve heard also that it shouldn’t be taken with certain meds and for lengthy periods of time, so I hesitate to recommend this. Your mom should probably speak with her doctor about this. Perhaps a glass of warm milk?

Deep breathing, relaxation, prayer, meditation, white noise (a fan in the background) and sounds of nature (cd’s of waves crashing and waterfalls) can also contribute to a relaxed state and a restful sleep environment. It’s important that your mom be able to relax, as pain causes stress and stress increases pain … I know, it’s so hard, and my heart aches for her.

If your mom is able, a good long soak in a hot bath would do wonders, but 9 years into her disease this may no longer be a possibility. I know I can’t sink into a tub, and oh, how I wish.

Maybe your mother would appreciate a gentle massage from her very caring daughter. That or a hug would do wonders.

Hope I was able to help in some small way, and only the best to both of you.
